A subside and winter favorite--I am always eager for pomegranates to come in season so I can make this again. I make my own pomegranate juice by pressing the seeds next to a metal sieve.

  1. 3 cups green leaf lettuce, rinsed and torn
  2. 1 Bartlett or Anjou pear
  3. u2153 cup pomegranate seeds
  4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  5. 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
  8. u00bd tablespoon honey
  9. field black pepper to taste

The instruction how to make Pear and Pomegranate Salad

  1. Divide the lettuce amongst two bowls. Halve and core the pear, subsequently next cut each half in slices. Divide the pear slices and pomegranate seeds along with the two bowls and mixture combination gently.
