  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon powdered milk
  5. u00bc teaspoon salt

The instruction how to make Navaho Indian Fry Bread

  1. Heat oil in a close skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, powdered milk, and salt together in a large bowl. Pour water exceeding flour mixture and disconcert whisk until a sticky dough forms. Form dough into a ball using floured hands.
  3. Fry the dough in the hot oil until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer fry bread to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
