  1. 1 (16 ounce) package extra-firm tofu, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, or to taste
  3. 1 (1 inch) piece lighthearted ginger, peeled and grated
  4. u00bd cup low-sodium soy sauce

The instruction how to make Baked Tofu Steaks
