This gorgeous lovable salad is the resolution pairing for a BBQ. We love it in the same way as applewood smoked ribs and a cool gin cocktail (a white lady is the best). Its a Mediterranean-inspired Toronto summer classic, named after Danforth Avenue, which is estate to a large Greek community. Not determined taking into account it was invented, but we ate it all the era growing up in north Toronto in the 1980s. Yummy.

The ingredient of Danforth Salad

  1. 2 mini cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  2. u00bd mini watermelon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  3. 1 cup lively strawberries, hulled and quartered
  4. u00bd cup crumbled feta cheese, preferably Bulgarian
  5. u00bd cup chopped open mint, gain more for titivate enhance
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  7. 1 Persian lime, juiced
  8. u00bc cup chopped toasted walnuts

The instruction how to make Danforth Salad

  1. attach cucumber, watermelon, strawberries, feta cheese, mint, and basil in a bowl; intentionally amalgamation to combine. Squeeze lime juice nearly top. Sprinkle salad next walnuts and prettify once subsidiary mint leaves in front serving.
